Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales are Final Unless the Product Arrives Damaged or Incorrect.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. We guarantee Healthy and Safe Arrival on all plant shipments, if issues arise we must be contacted within 30 minutes (1/2 hour) from the USPS stamped delivery times. We require this short window to ensure that packages are not left out on your doorstep in the hot sun or freezing cold, as we cannot be held responsible for that. All claims must include supporting photos, and a detailed description of what is wrong. If approved, we may issue a refund, replacement or store credit at our discretion.We will only approve claims if the damage is severe enough to seriously harm the plant, a broken pitcher or leaf will NOT warrant that. This is a live plant that must be given special conditions, and because of that we only warrant the health of the plant until you receive it, there is no warranty expressed or implied after you start growing the plant.
